Physician’s Touch (6) #

• When you use Hand of Harm on a Creature, you can subject that Creature to either: the Poisoned Condition, or you can cause the Creature to be unable to regain Hit Points until the end of your next turn.

Flurry of Healing and Harm (11) #

• When you use Flurry of Blows, you can now replace two of the Unarmed Strikes with a use of your Hand of Healing, without spending Ki Points for the healing.
  • This change is to balance against the Level 10 buff that Flurry of Blows received (making three Unarmed Strikes instead of the previous two).
